Registration Information
Summit Fees
$425 — ACMHA Member (2010 ACMHA Membership Dues must be paid by January 31, 2010 to be eligible for this rate)
$575 — Non-Member Professional
$250 — Spouse/Significant Others (Meals and Social Events only)
$250 — One-Day Registration (Wednesday or Thursday)
Registration fee entitles attendees to all program materials and handouts, refreshment breaks, scheduled meals, and social functions.
On-Site Registrations
Some on-site registrations may be accepted, but space is extremely limited. To determine the availability of space at the Summit, persons desiring to register after March 10, 2010 should contact the ACMHA office (executive.director@acmha.org or 505-822-5038) to check availability.
Cancellations
No refunds will be issued after March 3, 2010. ALL refunds prior to that time will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. Substitutions are permitted. Please notify ACMHA in writing, ATTN: Kris Ericson (executive.director@acmha.org) prior to March 3 of substitutions.
Accreditation
CEU and/or CME credit is not offered for this program.
Consumer Scholarship Information
ACMHA is pleased to announce the availability of consumer leader scholarships for the 2010 ACMHA Summit Consumer administrators/leaders in mental health and/or the addiction recovery fields are invited and encouraged to attend the Summit. Your voices and ideas are integral to discussions of system change. A limited number of scholarships are available for waiver of registration fees and travel/lodging assistance. If you are a consumer leader and cannot afford Summit fees or travel costs to Santa Fe, you may apply for a scholarship. Additional information about the Summit and scholarship requirements is included in the attached application. Scholarship applications must be received via email or postmarked by February 8, 2010 to be considered. All applicants will be notified of final scholarship determinations when they have been made.
