Impacting Healthcare Reform '08, the 2008 Santa Fe Summit on Behavioral Health, saw the gathering of 185 leaders to discuss and debate the inclusion and impact of mental health and substance use care in the presidential election, the development of state-level insurance coverage initiatives, and broad-based efforts by coalitions to ensure that mental health and substance use are included in discussion regarding healthcare. Materials and overheads prepared by members of the Summit Planning Committee and faculty attending the event are available from the links below. Overheads are linked by name of faculty mamber. As work groups developed during the Summit continue their efforts reports of that work will also be included here. Reports and summaries of specific topics will also be included as they become available.
